How to make LAN server to Public what installed in virtualbox (ubuntu with briged network)?

i searched so much, readed alot forum but not got solution for how make my server to public what is in virtualbox.

info:
-my router (netis WF2411), there i guess enabled everything.
-i use Xubuntu like desktop operating system
-virtualbox is the latest and i installed ubuntu 12.04 amd64 server to it with Briged network mode
-i can access server from lan (server ip is 192.168.1.6 from lan) - lamp installed and work
-i can't access this virtualbox server with public ip (also tryed install no-ip duc with shadowvzs(dot)ddns(dot)net domain name) - if i try access its make a long loading then chrome say can't reach the site.
mainly use 80/8080 and 29000 ports (lamp/tomcat/game server)

somebody have good ideea how to make it public server from lan server?

If you successfully get an IP address from your router, then you have to configure your router to forward all outside requests to your VM. As far as your router is concerned, the VM is just another computer on the network. Treat it as such.
