GNS3 VM - OVA not supported in Virtual Box

Dear Good Folks,

Usually my life is very simple when I import any OVA files to V-Box . quick setting and off you go - Hurrahhh!@!

However seems this one is not easy- when I try to import GNS3 VM image downloaded from-

It launches the VM which is on Ubuntu-gnu grub version 2.02 beta2-9ubuntu1

It launches the OS however gets stuck with the message

Loading intial ram disks .....

when I press e to see GRUB-- it seems it fails to boot the image initrd.img-4.2.0.7-generic

Any one please share your experiences and the host is an RHEL -7 64 bit.

Cross posting is against the forum rules, hence I have deleted your other post on this subject. In any case your other post was in "Linux Hosts" which is clearly not the correct forum for the question asked.

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

Bear in mind however that this is the VirtualBox support site, not the OEL6 support site.
