Converting Virtual PC 2004/2007 .vhd to VirtualBox .vdi
Can anyone here provide me instructions or procedures on how to convert my existing VPC 2004/2007 .vhd images to VirtualBox format (.vdi)?

VHDs are not currently supported but VBox's intent is to add this support some time in the future. In the meantime the best bet is to download a Clonezilla LiveCD ISO attach this to an MSVPC and boot it with your VHD attached. Ditto with a VBox VM and its blank VDI then use clonzilla to disk-to-disk image the VHD to VDI across the network.

Yup, go to the Clonzilla website and read them there.
