Virtual machines use virtual hardware. There are exceptions, but only for experts - and an expert wouldn't leave out vital info such as the host OS.

Is there a new question in there? Is there an error in my previous answer?

Installing drives is not as easy as copying some files from one OS to another. There are fundamental changes in the system, mainly in the registry. That, you cannot copy. Therefore, no.
On top of that, you cannot use your real hardware, like your graphics card, in the VM, except under very special circumstances; you have to have 2 graphics cards, a Linux host and a lot of luck.
What is the host, what is the guest that you want to install the graphics drivers and what is the graphics card. More out of curiosity...

Really what I need to do:
I have two videocards in PC
- one is working, default in system
- second is not recognized by system and I did to impossible to make it "Basic Display Adapter"
So, 2nd is like no existing in case of Windows, as hardware there is.
I need to add it to virtual machine with older OS. There I can install driver.
When it will be installed, I have driver backup tool. I do backup, copy backup to shard folder and use in real PC.
It is not 1st time how I did it on friend's PC - to get driver, but now I have no any choice to help on real hardware...

As I have told you; you can't do it. You're running Windows. The card is not recognized by Windows. The drivers are not transferable. All of these are problems that cannot be solved.
