VMs Menu Panel on same screen

Post by MarkFa »

When I run multiple VMs as full screen on my 3 monitor setup (each VM on a different monitor), all of the VB menus are stacked on top of each other at the bottom of the same monitor. Is this the correct behaviour? They used to be on the same monitor as the full screen VM.

I'm running VB 5.1.6 r110634 on Ubuntu 16.04. Guest VMs are all Ubuntu 14.04. Current Guest Additions are installed.

What happens if you downgrade to the last known working version? You didn't mention which one it was, BTW. Does it work as intended?

If this is a regression, it should be reported to the bugtracker. Either search for an appropriate bug, or open a new bug report where you'll attach your logs and other vital information. It would also help if you can post the bug report number here so other can see the progress, add information, or see the final resolution.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

I haven't tried downgrading, as I can live with things as they are. Just thought maybe there was a setting or something to change. It's been like this for maybe the last 2 or 3 updates...
