In the VM there is no tv-card, so the virtualized windows does not lie.
You may want to read the manual about pci-passthrough, but this feature needs special hardware requirements on the host.

You cannot use your hardware in a Virtual Machine (VM). The only exceptions are the CPU and USB devices (if you have filters installed). There is a third experimental one that can use PCI cards, but:
1) It's experimental.
2) It doesn't always work. Very few people have done this.

Read more information about it on Chapter 9.6. PCI passthrough. There is also a french manual, it's an old version (4.3.13), but I believe it contains similar information. http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualb ... ection.9.6
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.
