Prepare Apache for CGI Scripts

Hi, so I'm using the Red Hat (Linux) operating system on my VM. I'm trying to prepare apache on my machine to where I can handle CGI scripts. I believe I've downloaded all the necessary files but I'm currently stuck. I know next I am supposed to change something in the configuration files but not sure what.
