The Virtual Box program wont open its version 5.0.12

Hi
Sorry if this is under the wrong thread but i was just wondering if anyone can help me i cant open virtual box the version is 5.0.12 when ever i left click the program or run it as a admin it wont work. I have the right extension pack for it. My computer is running windows windows 10 education
