Dear VirtualBox users: I got my Opensuse 13.1 guest running on a LEAP42 host (server) and am using the KDE desktop on that (headless) VBox guest across my home LAN from another linux laptop (opensuse 13.2) via KRDC. There seems to be the capability to share a folder across RDP from my laptop to the guest, and I can declare this in KDRC, but VBox seems not to know about it. Can someone point me toward a VBox tutorial which covers this for RDP? It's easy enough to share from host to guest, but from another machine using RDB seems non-straightforward.
Thank You!
Patricia

Re: share folders across LAN
I can't see how VirtualBox comes into it at all. File sharing is handled by the OS.
How are you sharing the files? Are you using standard file sharing or are you trying to do this with VirtualBox shared folders?
