Security and spying

Hello

I am a user of Windows 10 Pro. I have created a virtual Windows 7 on an external drive USB 3.0 - there are archives of my company.
I have a question about the safety of the VM. My point here about spying by Windows 10. If I turn off access to the Internet - the network adapter disabled and not installed on a virtual Windows 7, if there is a possibility that some information (about my programs, files, etc) from my virtual system (or drive) came by the Windows 10 to network? Windows can share information about what I'm doing without my consent?

Does disconnect the internet really mean it off?

Please help

If the network is turned off then nothing will get out of the guest. If the guest has no network card and there are no Guest Additions Shared Folders set up, then nothing can get out of the guest.
