Try to map network drive. Clicked on Browse. VBOXSVR is not in the list. Was before updating to Anniversary Update.
Any suggestions for getting VBOXSVR accessible would be appreciated.
Edit: Corrected spelling of VBOXSVR

Corrected spelling in post. VBOXSVR is not in the list.
Are you running a Windows 10 Pro x64 1607 guest? Can you see VBOXSVR in the network list?

Re: Shared Folders Not Working In Windows 10 1607
I run win7 VMs.
When upgrading the OS to a new version, host or guest, I sometimes have to shutdown my VMs then use
the Vbox GUI to remove/re-add shared folders to the VMs to ensure they work correctly.
Shutdown the VMs - NOT save state or paused.
I assume you reinstalled the guest additions in the VM after upgrading to the new Windows version...
Sorry If these ideas don't help.
As always, to ensure folks have all the details for troubleshooting,
you should shutdown the VM after the problem occurs, then zip up and attach its vbox.log here.

Actually, I didn't. Reinstalling the guest additions cured the problem. Shared folders are now available.

Re: Shared Folders Not Working In Windows 10 1607
Just for the information of others I have OS X host with Windows 10 Guest.
I had to use add/remove programs on the guest to remove the guest additions and then re-install.
A simple re-install did not fix the problem.
Regards,
Stephen

Re: Shared Folders Not Working In Windows 10 1607
Running Debian 8 with Backports (Kernel 4.7, Virtualbox 5.0.24_Debian with Guest Addons for 5.0.24.
Windows 10 Professional. Shared folders were working when I first installed the OS, but after some time stopped. Perhaps due to installing VMware tools and various other applications on the VM.
The fix for me was to uninstall the Additions, REBOOT, Install the Additions again, REBOOT.
Share is now available.
