Hello,
I had been using VBox seamlessly on my PC and suddenly today I couldn't run it (the problem would not start at all).
I then decided to uninstall it and install the latest version and now all I get is "Instalation failed!: Fatal error during instalation.".
The only remarkable change I did on my PC was the Windows 10 update on Tuesday. Is there any report on previous issues with it? What can I try to do to solve it?
Edit: On more careful analysis my uninstall failed as well. I cannot currently remove my VBox 5.0.12
Edit2: The problem is now, apparently, solved. For future reference, I downloaded the 5.0.12 installer, used it to remove my faulty version and then installed the new one. It seems pretty basic in hindsight but be useful for someone in the same situation. It turned off my anti-virus for some reason, though, although I have turned it on again.
