Guest (Win) shutdown fails when Remote Display (VNC) is used

I've meet with the following problem:
- Windows guest unable to complete shutdown process if Remote Display is enabled and used.
I have FreeBSD as a host with the latest port of VBox - 5.0.26.
The problem occurs when I shutdown Windows guest via VNC client.
If I close VNC client first and then use vboxmanage 'ACPI shutdown' command - everything goes fine. The gusest shutdowns successfully.
Another one Issue I've meet with Remote Display is:
- guest crashes on connecting via VNC if Remote Display was disabled and then enabled back.
I.e.
- start guest with disabled Remote Display
- enable Remote Display
- try to connect to Remote Display
guest crashes
Does anyone else meet with this issue? Do you have any solution?
Thank you.
