Sorry to bother, plz let me know what is difference(Guest Additions shared folders, real shared folders), how we need to create the directory structure.

Real shared folders aren't made using any Virtualbox window or command. You can google for how to share a folder in Windows or in Linux.

Ya.. I am in process for finding the way..all I got hints abt Guest Additions shared folders....
