00:05:30.098633 VUSB: Detached 'HidMouse' from port 1
00:05:30.117709 Changing the VM state from 'DESTROYING' to 'TERMINATED'
00:05:30.120117 Console: Machine state changed to 'PoweredOff'
00:05:30.334960 GUI: Passing request to close Runtime UI from machine-logic to UI session.

Google Translate:
Please post the whole Vbox.log as a zipped file. The part that needs to be seen is in the middle of the log.
Google re-Translate:
No problem about the Spanish! It's best to use a language you are most familiar with.Good afternoon forgiveness for not putting the problem in English, I think it will be easier than you translate to try to understand my bad English
I have a pc with a VM running winxp with winxp, this Vm worked just fine until a few days ago my pc is reset by a power outage and since then the Guru appears Vm holding back the implementation of the same

The guru meditation is for VERR_REM_VIRTUAL_CPU_ERROR. The forums have several mentions of this error, but not much for solid solutions that I have found yet. (I googled "VERR_REM_VIRTUAL_CPU_ERROR site:forums.virtualbox.org".)
If I were you I would try making a new XP guest with the same settings as the old one and see if you still get a guru meditation. You should not have to activate the new XP guest for 30 days. If the new XP guest runs fine for several days, then the power outage caused an error in the old XP guest itself. Maybe booting to the XP install disc on the old guest and running the Repair on the old OS might work.
If the new XP guest has guru meditations, then something would be wrong with Virtualbox on your physical PC, and an uninstall and reinstall of Virtualbox might work.
One more thing: It seems you are using XP as your host operating system as well as your guest. Virtualbox version 5 works just fine with XP as the guest operationg system, but is no longer supported with XP as the physical PC's operating system. Virtualbox may still work but there will not be any more fixes to keep it working on an XP physical PC.

I saw one exactly like this just a week or so ago. I believe that enabling VT-x in the host PC BIOS should work around the problem.VBox.log wrote: 00:00:04.909180 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes
