I have reinstalled VM many times but could see similar errors. I don't know whose fault is this: VM or Windows.

Appreciated for your help.

I have same issue - slightly different setup.
Windows 7 Pro - latest updated VirturalBox 5.12
Several LiveCD iso that were working are now all giving this Colorful Screen.
I did change the video down to 112meg - and it seem to work on one of the 32bit.
But tried on 64bit - still same issue.
After exiting Vitrualbox I do get an exception error 0x000000 video something.
--- still looking for possible issue ---
any thoughts appreciated.

You can probably get by around this by pressing the Host+F1 key ( release both ) and then the Host+F7 key. Install the guest additions ( in the guest to fix it )

Moving to Linux guests since this is not a host issue.

Thank you - Host-F1 then Host-F7 - does the trick for me.
