win/super key dont work

win/super key dont work

hay there.
i am having trouble with the winkey/superkey (the one with the windows logo on it)
the description of what i need in this video in minute:1:44

basically its a guy that in the welcome windows on windows server enters CMD (to reset admin password)
i need to use "WINKEY + U" in order to access CMD like the guy in the video.
any suggestions?

Yes, you need a working WinKey, but I need you to tell me some details, or you won't get any help:
  1. What's your host? Exactly please.
  2. What's your guest? Exactly please.
  3. If you go to VirtualBox preferences, Input, Virtual Machine, what is the "Host Key Combination"?
