Host has "No Internet Access" after I installed new router

I had to install a new modem/router as my old one died. Now, when I connect to my guest, the network icon has the little yellow triangle and when I hover, it says, "No Internet Access" When I open the properties and select the "Connect or disconnect" it just brings up the little box, "No connection"

Everything worked perfect prior to the new router. Should I uninstall VirtualBox and reinstall, then import the VMs ?

Even without any additional information (guest OS version, machine configuration, NAT or bridged networking, logs, etc.), my guess it that your VM isn't getting a valid IP address. What is the IP configuration in the guest? Is it set to static by any chance? If so, you should switch it to DHCP.

Failing that, I would remove the NIC from the guest, power cycle it and then add it back.

Sorry about that. I thought the key info would be I had to use a different router. I changed the router to use the same IP Address range, just a different network.

Guest is Windows 7 Pro. 8192 mb Ram. NAT Networking. Basically when creating a New VM, I used all the defaults or recommendations from VirtualBox.

Log shows 00:00:32.359977 NAT: DHCP offered IP address 10.0.2.15

The Host has Static IP -- 10.0.0.25. And the guest can ping that and every other device on the network. It just can't get to the Internet.

That can mean a lot of things. First of all, does "ping 8.8.8.8" work? Then does "ping www.google.com" work? Also, post the guest output of the command "ipconfig".

If I ping a device on my local network 10.0.x.x I will receive a response from the guest system. If I ping to an outside location, 8.8.8.8 or yahoo.com or any other IP outside my my LAN, it will return 1 of the 2 following errors:

1) 4 Request time out...

2) Destination 10.0.0.25 can't be reached. Which is the IP of the computer running the VirtualBox Host.

Update 08/20/16:
1) The guest VM (Win 7) on NAT (which worked before I changed the router) was switched to Bridged Adapter and that now works on that VM.
2) I used the Import Appliance and imported a different VM (windows XP) which is also on NAT, and that worked, no trouble.

Great!
For future reference, please try to describe the problem with a little bit more details that matter. For example, after 3 posts, I still don't know what your host is, what is the network range in your LAN, why did you have to change the router's configuration, what you changed it to, if you filled in gateways, netmasks, etc. You know, details...
