Where's 64 bits settings

Hi guys,
Recently I installed a virtualbox 5.0.24r108355 on CentOS 7.2 kernel 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64.
I've started with Windows Server 2008 64 bits, everything was working, I configured my server and shutdown (I'll use sometime to export instances SQL to ORACLE), now when I try to start I can't, because the vm-x isn't available, but it is not true... After several times trying to start and receiving the same error, I could start.
I need to do it always when I'll start this server. Can you help me?
When I click in settings, I can't see "64 bits" but like magic I close the virtualbox (using putty+xming) and open, there is...
