is clunky IMHO.
Switching to a windows desktop works great. Switching back means I have to turn the windows desktop into a single window (I think).
Please implement the desktop switching like the other guys. I can switch back and forth with a hotkey and not have to do the two-step to switch back to my windows desktop.
And if the cursor is on top of the screen - show the OSX menubar like Fusion.
Finally, I believe there is a bug in the menu switching to and from fullscreen. I can occasionally get it "stuck" with the check on "Seemless" even when it is in a single window and cannot get the menu to "uncheck" seemless mode. I can only reproduce this by doing it several times.

Re: switching full screen mode
I think what he means is switching away from Fullscreen without gouing to window mode and thus triggering a client Resize which in some cases breaks the client OS's screen and is incomfortable. You can do the following to get this partly:
First press tho host Key alone then use alt+tab to switch to another VM/window

Re: switching full screen mode
Yes, but shouldn't it be easily solved by the coders? Like introducing a *second* Host key? The Host-Alt-tab-arrowkeys is a major pain. And switching to the windowed mode messes up the screen and is also a pain.
One possible workaround is using "seamless" mode and just using the "show desktop" tool in the host system as needed... still, not optimal. Otherwise VirtualBox is *amazing* - I need to donate some $$ to this software!!
