From a 1-minute search, the solution seems to be related to this:
00:00:01.762564 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes
Enable VT-x in your computer BIOS. Check the documentation for your computer on the how.

But you have to fix another thing as well:
00:00:01.626292 Host RAM: 3993MB total, 1958MB available
00:00:01.762119 RamSize <integer> = 0x0000000078f00000 (2 028 994 560, 1 935 MB)
00:00:01.762383 VRamSize <integer> = 0x0000000001000000 (16 777 216, 16 MB)
1935+16=1951, really, really close to what your 1958 available. You need to run less applications on your host, buy some more RAM, or lessen the requirements for your host. 1024 MB is more than enough.

The problems were solved.

You were right socratis, I had not seen that VT-x was disabled.
I think that it's happened with the windows 10 update.

Thank you so much!
