What does it mean? Yes, it runs, the only problem is the internet connection.

It means that you allocated more memory to the guest than you have available, so this guest will not be stable.
However all this is secondary. You are not using VirtualBox hence I'm afraid we can't support you here. You are using a fork, so you need to get support from whomever made the fork, or, install the genuine VBox software and let us know if you still have a problem.
