Help with virtualbox 5.1 Windows 10 Upgrade

Hi,
after my Windows 10 upgrade i have a Problem since 3 weeks, i've tested V 5.022 and now 5.1:
The error Message is:
Inside the Log:
If I make a reinstall it runs until a reboot of Host / PC.
Do you have an idea?
