New OS Install ?

I installed the VirtualBox on my host computer and it seems to run. Where in the instructions does it tell you how/when to install the Guest OS ? During the setup phase I created two virtual hd's a 5gig to hold the new OS and a 10gig I planned to put Data in from different OS versions. Never was I asked to install the OS I want to run in the Vm. In the left window I have the name of the OS I wanted to install and it says Powered Off. I'm confused because I don't see how I can run an OS I haven't installed yet.

You have to install the OS like on IronWare. Normally therefore installation in a new image (File with "*.vdi") has to be choosen and created.

If you want to start installed OS on Guest Partitions: Refer to User Manual, there is this described. (Homepage / Documentation).
