We can say nothing without a VM log. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

Even some kind of hint as to VirtualBox version would be useful. Also, what color depth is being used in host and guest? And the setting of the GUI setting File|Preferences|Display|MaxGuestDisplaySize.

I installed VirtualBox 5.1.2 for Windows hosts x86/amd64 and VirtualBox 5.1.2 Oracle VM VirtualBox Extension Pack. But It was happening in the previous version.
My cpu is amd. Host and guest color depth is 32bit, but sometimes guest color depth is 24bit. MaxGuestDisplaySize 1366x768.

"Attach files here" means to please attach files here. I will not download from "megaupload".

Also, you still have not told me what your display mode is. I'm not interested in the size, I'm interested in whether it's configured for Automatic, None or Hint.

Also, when I ask what the host and guest display scenario is, I don't want to know what it is sometimes, I want to know what the color depth was when you grabbed the above picture.

[ Later ] Ok, I relented and downloaded from MegaUpload. I see you are using a Win7-64bit host. I would update the GAs (inside the guest, since I'm wary about the ".0" version of anything). You seem to have 3D acceleration enabled and you are using an emulated display mode (24bit, when the native mode is 32bit). Please ensure that the guest always uses the same color depth as the host. If the problem continues then try disabling 3D acceleration. In fact you may need to do this anyway just to get a readable screen to make the color depth change.
