Exception: The memory could not be read.

Virtualbox: Version 5.1.0 r108711
Extensions installed on host and guest
Host: Windows 7 fully patched
Guest: Windows 10 fully patched
I'm working with my first Windows 10 guest. I created it under 5.0.22. I shut it down and shapshotted it. I upgraded to VB 5.1 and extensions. I installed the extensions in the Guest. Since I never really used the guest under 5.0.22 I cannot say whether it would have failed under that release. I just know it fails now.
After about 10-15 minutes of use I get the following error and my guest dies

The instruction at 0x83f027d4 referenced memory at 0x00000010. The memory could not be read.
