I hava a Winxp Sp3 hosted on a Win10 x64.
Each time I modify scale factor hosted vm crashed.

Is this a known issue?

While I'm doing test for generating logs I'm not able to recreate the problem that I have had many times after upgrading to 5.1.

If I'm able to reproduce the problem I'll post the logs.
