I cannot seem to drag and drop in my virtualbox!

I cannot seem to drag and drop in Virtualbox version 5.0.0. And I cannot seem to drag and drop and files or folders into my windows 7 from my mac. and this is really annoying and it's making me upset. Like do you know if there is anyway to fix this? I already know that in the settings it has to be set host to guest, or bidirectional. But this still won't work for me. It worked for me like one time, and then it won't let me drag and drop not one file or folder! So please help me out here. I have no idea on what is going on here. Maybe I should get an older version of virtualbox Should I do that? Probably i'm thinking the latest version doesn't support it, which could be the case. Although I heard this works on Linux, and not windows, but I do not want to use Linux, nor I never used it before, just for your information. SO please help me out here, because this whole situation is not good at all. And I am very upset with this. So please get back to me asap on this. And please help me out here. So thank you very much.

Are there no error messages to accompany the failure? If so, it would be nice if you described them - precisely.

You might find shared folders to be a more reliable alternative.
