HELLO !! I FOUND A SOLUTION : The problem was in windows 7 RAM memory configuration, I read a Microsoft article about why windows shows wrong RAM memory values on system properties, the solution was to run msconfig, under boot tab, advanced options then untick the installed RAM memory then reboot windows 7 and now I have the new installed RAM memory value correct. Thanks for the help!!!!!! I attached a screenshot of system properties showing the correct RAM value installed .

Great that you found a solution! But can you explain to me how come this option was checked in the first place?
