Host Connection Limit

Using "Bridge Adapter" setting for the Guest OS, is the concurrent connection limit to the Guest OS limited by the concurrent connection limit of the Host OS?

For example: If I installed a Linux server VM on a Windows 7 host, would my number concurrent connections to the Linux server be limited by the number of concurrent connections allowed by the Windows 7 host?

Sorry for the question redundancy but I want to try and be clear on what I'm asking. I've seen similar questions but no clear answer.

Thanks

You have really answered your own question. The limits are OS limits, and the OS in the vm knows nothing at all about the OS in the host (even if they were both running a similar OS). If one is Linux and one is Windows (as in your example) there is no chance they would affect each other.
