Hello I have a question
In the Virtual Box you can download or import another Virtual Box from a friend?

Re: Hello I have a question
Yes you can! Your friend would copy the guest's folder to a suitable transport drive, then you copy the folder onto your computer. In the guest's folder is a .vbox file. Double-click it and the guest will register with your Virtualbox. You can then start the guest through the main Virtualbox window, or you can make a desktop shortcut by right-clicking the new guest in the main Virtualbox window.

Be aware however that copyright applies to VMs, just as it does to physical PCs. In other words if your friend's VM is based on Windows (XP or later), then his giving you a copy may lead to activation problems for both him and you. Yes, in some cases the Windows guest can detect that the host has changed.
