I have just installed VB 5.0.22. There is UbuntuSPM VM coming with default installation.
Could anyone please tell me what are the default UN/PWD for this machine?

I find nothing on a "UbuntuSPM" VM or anything else for that matter. And I can assure you that no guests come with the official VirtualBox, so you need to explain this a little better to receive any help I am afraid.
