Guest bridged network fails on boot

Hello World!
I have encountered network problems after I have started using new(est) versions on my virtual systems. Each and every virtual machine I have created so far had the same problem of "Raising network interfaces..." during boot sequence. After I "ifdown enp0s3" and "ifup", interface somehow succeeds on negotiating the dhcp server and gets a preset ip address. DHCP server is set to assign specific ips on specific MACs. But clients' network configurations are default.
I have not encountered this problem on standalone Ubuntu computers or servers but only on Virtualbox guests. Additionally, I could not find a recent topic on this issue.
My last guest's log file and configuration files are attached in the following.
Host system: Ubuntu Server 16.04 x64, base memory 5163 MB
Guest system: Ubuntu Server 16.04 x86, base memory 768 MB
Appreciate any ideas on that.

You are using the Ubuntu fork of VirtualBox and would need to ask them what to do. Or you can remove theirs and install the official version from VirtualBox.org and we would be able to help. One question I have is I see what appears to be 8 network nodes configured in the guest, is there a reason for this?

Thank you for the reply. I will try the original version immediately.
About the nodes, lol I have no idea. Will look into that too.

Here is a follow-up:
I have installed another server with similar hardware and used VirtualBox's own compilation. There is no network interface error at all. Frankly, guest system boot time has significantly reduced, ignoring the topic here, also. I will be reporting that to the Ubuntu Community too.
Cheers!
