Some Apps not rendering correctly

I just upgraded Linux Mint (to latest), and had to (re)install the guest additions, installing 5.0.20.

Upon restart my login screen is small ( but works ), but certain apps no longer display correctly ( e.g. Visual Studio Code, which is utterly unusable, just some meaningless black and grey blocks )

With some trial and error I've discovered the guest additions 5.0.16 works, but 5.0.18 and 5.0.20 do not.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue, or if I should report it in the bug tracker? ( I also can't see how to post to the bug tracker... )

It is possible that the 5.0.20 guest additions did produce this issue for you. The advise at the time was to use an older guest addition until the next release, or you can try one of the test builds.
