Virtual Box failed to install

Hi! I'm looking for some assistance as to why my Virtual Machine is failing to install. May someone help me get resolve. I'm new to Data Science.
My error code is below. Thanks!
Failed to open a session for the virtual machine cloudera-quickstart-vm-5.4.2-0-virtualbox.
VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).
Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)
