After upgrade to Win-10 display does not auto resize

Post by jimoe »

VBox 5.0.20
opensuse 42.1
linux 4.1.21-14-default x86_64

I upgraded from window 8.1 to windows 10. It mostly seems a success.

What does not work is that the VM guest display no longer automatically resizes to the VBox window. Is there some setting to correct this?

Did you install the Guest Additions in your Win guest after the upgrade? Please post a VBox.log (zipped) according to: Minimum information needed for assistance.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.

Did you install the Guest Additions [...]
Friggin' duh! Yes, that was the missing piece. Since it was an upgrade, I did not consider that the Guest Additions drivers would be tossed.
