How do I get on a bug's Cc: list?

Hi All,
I would like to get on to this bug's Cc: list:
http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/1778
I do have an account. And, the top of the window says I am
logged in. But I can not find a place to get on the Cc: list.
What am I missing?
