Can't use existing virtual machine

I am trying to run Turnkey (turnkey-lamp-13.0-wheezy-i386) in VirtualBox.
I select the option to create a new virtual machine, give it a name, select Linux Ubuntu 32bit, selet 512mb of RAM, select the option to use an existing virtual hard drive file, and when Iopen the VMDK file of Turnkey I receive this error message:
Can anyone help me?

In the details box it says:Failed to open the hard disk file /home/username/turnkey-lamp-13.0-wheezy-i386/turnkey-lamp-13.0-wheezy-i386-disk1.vmdk.
Could not get the storage format of the medium '/home/username/turnkey-lamp-13.0-wheezy-i386/turnkey-lamp-13.0-wheezy-i386-disk1.vmdk' (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).
I tried a everything since downloading the file again, selecting multiple operating systems, choosing more RAM... but I still can't run the file.Code Result:
