Share files btween Host Ubuntu and Guest Windows 7

I've beem tryied to share somes files between a ubuntu 16.04 host and windows 7 VBox guest.
I downloaded and set the "Oracle VM Virtual Box Extension pack" and set folder to share in share folder options, but when i star my machine nathing works.
I read
some tips about to click on Devices menu, but this menu doesn't appear on my windows and VBOX title bar.
Anybody can help me?

You need to install the guest additions in the guest for shared folders to work.

Or, make a sport out of it, do it the classical way, via networking, as you would do with two physical PCs... More work but will work too!
