Virtualbox Just Stopes

Alright, I followed instructions on how to install Ubuntu in Virtualbox (running windows) and it gets to the boot screen, I click install or run, and then it just goes to a black screen and does nothing.

Whats going on?

VirtualBox is simulating a real computer. So insert your Ubuntu CD-ROM, and configure VBox to use it.

I did that, when it loads Ubuntu, it just stops, black screen, nothing.

maybe try alternate-install CD then?
