I found an issue; I'm currently running Windows 10. If the Hyper-V is installed Virtual Box will not be able to run any 64bit Guests.
My apologies if it has already been reported.

Re: Virtual Box and Hyper-V
It's not an issue with VirtualBox per se. If VirtualBox runs with other virtualization programs, there is no problem because they can share resources. But Hyper-V takes exclusive control of some hardware features, which excludes any other virtualization program. If you want to run VirtualBox, you need to disable Hyper-V.
