Some general observations:
  1. Do not post images on 3rd party sites. Most people will not click on them.
  2. You're obfuscating the MAC address? Of a fake card? Seriously? You see I have magic powers and I can read behind the red line and it starts with 08:00:27... ;)
  3. You post a picture from a WhatIsMyIP and yet you obfuscate it. What's the point of posting it then?
You're using NAT mode. That's why you get the 10.0.2.15 address. That means that you have to do port forwarding from your router to your host and then a second forwarding from the host to the guest.

If you are using a wired connection and you're using a router with DHCP (you are from the looks of it 192.168.1.x), I would recommend changing it to "Bridged" mode. That will assign you an address in the 192.168.1.x range. You can even have a static IP, like 192.168.1.200 if you know that it's not conflicting with anything else (I bet you can reserve that IP in your router). Then you simply forward from your router to 192.168.1.200. Done.

??? I believe I gave you an answer. Did you refresh the page?

And no, you did not wait too long. You posted your question, I answered 53 minutes later and you complained 2 hours and 4 minutes later. Do you believe that this is 24/7 on-the-phone support?
