Problem in virtualization

So here is my problem, when i try to start a .vmdk it never starts and its stuck. Im guessing the problem lies in virtualization because i have a windows 7 64bit os and when i created the image i only seen 32bit versions. Now i searched it and found about the virtualization but here is the problem, my bios advanced options are locked and not only that, i downloaded an intel utility that said that my cpu doeshnt support virtualization. Is there any possibilty to start and run the .vdmk with the 32bit versions?

If the OS installed in the .vmdk is a 32-bit OS, then yes. You will only be able to have one virtual CPU in the guest. If the OS is 64-bit, then it will not run on your PC.

but it doeshnt show 64bit OS for the vmdk(i told why it doeshnt have that as option although i have in my computer win7 64 bit) , and when i choose for the vmdk to run with opensuse 32 bit it never runs

Define "it never starts and its stuck" and "it never runs" Do you get a Virtualbox error window? Does the guest window appear and then stops executing programs? See Minimum info needed

Also, try downloading a 32-bit OpenSuse ISO and use that to install OpenSuse fresh in a guest. See what that does.

i mean that when i start the .vmdk with open suse32bit, i get promped to start the image and when i do that i get a black screen that never proceeds further.

OK, still can't figure what's happening, since I don't have the image you're using and can't see what it's doing on your computer. Please see the link I posted.
