In the settings you have selected Qualcomm Atheros AR9287 as your host adapter but in reality you should select the Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection as it is the one that is truly in the same subnet you are wanting to use.

I don't understand which settings are you talking about...
Is it the settings of the VM?
Right click on the VM > Settings > Network
Is it this one?
In Name field there is Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection.
I took a screenshot.
And it is not working :/

If you are using the proper adapter and still can not obtain a DHCP lease you would need to look at the router, and also make sure that the host or some virus software is not interfering.
