I have tried to access a VM running Win7 via RDP from another PC. The connection gets established after ignoring the warning that the server certificate does not come from a trusted site. It runs for a very short time and then is aborted with an error message stating that the connection was closed due to an error in encryption. When trying to reconnect it directly fails with the same message. No clue, how to overcome this problem. Any idea?

Which RDP settings did you use? Certainly not default settings as the default RDP connection is unencrypted.
