So I just started using Virtual Box and I am fairly new to the system. I used it to create a Windows Vista OS and I needed to download something. When I tried to open said file, it wouldn't allow me too. Why?

I'm afraid you have to describe the problem much better than that. Did you actually install the Vista OS, i.e. from a Vista setup CD?
