Windows 10 guest - File Manager flicker permanently

Host : Opensuse 13.2 Graphic driver: NVIDIA Accelerated Graphics Driver for Linux-x86_64 (361.42)
Guest : Windows 10

First part.

When I use my gps and hiking trails software ( heavy graphic i/o ), the "file-save-as box" flicker permanently during operation.
Making the VM useless for me.
Seems similar to http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=64424

Nothing new since december 2014.

Second part
--------------
Reinstalling "nouveau" driver in place of nvidia driver, Windows fail to start if 3D Acceleration is set ON.

Any help is welcome
