Guest VM to share another Guest internet connection

Is it possible to have one Guest (Ubuntu) share another Guest's (Windows 7) VPN connection?
My work VPN runs Junos Pulse VPN client. Windows 10 is not supported, the Host Checker app will say the computer doesn't meet the requirements. OS is not supported. Windows 7, Mac, Android, and iOS devices are supported, but Windows 8 or 10 are not. So silly.
My thinking was to setup a new Guest VM for Windows 7. Load the VPN connection on Windows 7 then have my Ubuntu guest VM share the internet/vpn connection of the Windows 7 vm. Is this possible?
This week my company announced they now also support Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, but i also have some issue that corporate VPN doesn't support Windows 10.
I might try getting one the VPNs to run under Ubuntu 12 or Ubuntu 14, but i am not sure about the company policy about Ubuntu. A lot of software developers must run Ubuntu to do the embedded firmware software development.
Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
