cannot launch Windows 10: Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

When I try to launch Windows 10 guest on OSX host get the following error (it was working fine before):

The virtual machine 'Windows 10' has terminated unexpectedly during startup because of signal 6.

Result Code:
NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

However am able to launch it in "Headless mode" (can see the desktop screen preview and appears to have launched successfully).

Is there anything I can do?

No idea why: problem resolved by rebooting the HOST 5.0.16 OSX

In case any one interested, new log file attached.

Just VERY happy / relieved.
