Ubuntu Guest doesn't detect Bluetooth Adapter

My Ubuntu Guest VM isn't able to detect or turn on the Bluetooth adapter. My host is Windows 8.1 Surface Pro 3 with a Bluetooth adapter. I have enabled my USB's in VirtualBox (see image below).

The below images show that Ubuntu is not detecting the Bluetooth adapter. How can I detect and turn on the bluetooth adapter within the Ubuntu host. This is really important because I am developing software for Linux and need to have the bluetooth working to connect to drones.

Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.
